Subi Sethi
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Subi will play a pivotal role in translating the company’s vision and strategy into effective operational execution. She leads Clearwater’s global Client Operations, driving operational excellence for Clients and operations through innovative solutions and strategic leadership.
Subi has over 27 years of experience across multiple industries, including Service (IT/ITES), Healthcare, BFSI, and Manufacturing. Before joining Clearwater, she led the end-to-end Operations function at UnitedHealth Group’s Optum Global Solutions.
At Genpact, Subi held various leadership positions in Operations, Quality, Transitions, and Technology. She brings extensive experience in technology platforms and intelligent automation, visualization, machine learning, and AI implementations across various business functions.
Subi holds an Advanced Management degree from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and is a graduate in mathematics from Delhi University.
