Cindy Blendu

As Chief Administrative Officer at Clearwater Analytics, Cindy leads the HR, Talent Acquisition, Facilities and IT functions. Previously serving as the Chief Transformation Officer and Chief HR Officer, she has been instrumental in establishing Clearwater Analytics as a global leader in investment management through strategic organizational initiatives.

With over 25 years of experience in transformational change, Cindy brings extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, organizational and operating model redesign, culture development, employee engagement, and major systems implementations. Her career began at Deloitte Consulting, followed by a decade with Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She has held senior leadership roles at CSC (now DXC Technology), Advantia Health, and Solera Holdings. Prior to joining Clearwater, she founded and led Headpoint Consulting, providing strategic transformation guidance to growing organizations.

Cindy holds degrees from MIT Sloan School of Management and Miami University (Ohio) and spent two years at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
