Jessica has 15 years of management experience and has been with Clearwater since 2016. As a Client Services Division Manager, she oversees teams supporting Clearwater’s Investment Management clients, including over 100 firms of varying size and firm type. She is dedicated to Clearwater’s client success and satisfaction, and she understands investment managers’ fiduciary responsibilities to their clients. Jessica’s servicing teams consistently score very high in client satisfaction and delight.

She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and biking, throughout the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Jessica graduated summa cum laude from both East Carolina University, with an MBA in Accounting and Finance, and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Management.
