As Senior Sales Lead, Melanie Lennert is responsible for Clearwater Analytics’ business development in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Prior to joining Clearwater Analytics, she held various senior positions in the financial industry, among them Executive Director, Head Client Service Management at J.P. Morgan, where she covered various regional responsibilities. In her managerial roles, Melanie Lennert covered key account management for asset managers within EMEA and asset owners in the German-speaking region, as well as overall responsibility for cross-country client service teams. She has more than fifteen years of industry experience and completed her Master’s degree in Banking and Finance (CFA Chartered Financial Analyst Track) at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern in Switzerland.

Maxim has 25 years experience in software solutions for insurance, investment, risk management and processing across securities and derivatives. 

Prior to joining Clearwater, Maxim held senior positions at SimCorp, StateStreet, Markit and Calypso Technology. 

Maxims educational background includes an Insurance apprenticeship at Aachener Muenchener Versicherung, Derivatives Exchange Trader certification at Eurex, Banking & Finance at Fernuni Hagen and Digital Transformation at the MIT.
