BOISE, Idaho — January 25, 2022 — Clearwater Analytics (NYSE: CWAN), a leading provider of SaaS-based investment accounting, reporting, and analytics solutions, announced today that Diane McLoughlin has joined the company as Head of Global Delivery. In this capacity, she will set the strategic direction of the company’s Global Delivery function and lead the team responsible for the successful onboarding of clients to the Clearwater solution in North America and Asia.
McLoughlin brings to Clearwater a valuable combination of deep experience in software implementations, relationship management, client service, and business consulting, especially from her more than 20-year career at BNY Mellon. She joins Clearwater from her most recent role as Head of Americas for BNY Mellon Global Digital Solutions and prior to that held leadership roles within BNY Mellon Eagle Investment Systems, including Head of the Americas and Chief Client Officer. In that role for Eagle Investment Systems, she oversaw sales, marketing, professional services, relationship management, and market strategy. Before her tenure at BNY Mellon, McLoughlin worked in the Financial Services practice at Deloitte Consulting and at Fidelity Investments.

Based in the Boston metropolitan area, McLoughlin earned her Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College and a dual Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science from Boston College. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts, who honored her several years ago with a Leading Women Award for her commitment to the advancement of women in leadership.
