Celebrating 10 Years in Edinburgh
“Clearwater has reached an incredible milestone: a decade in Edinburgh! We opened our Edinburgh office in 2012 with just four employees. After a decade of sustained growth, the office is now home to over 160 Clearwater team members We have also recently secured additional office space in Edinburgh to better support client growth in the region.
Traditionally an Operations Centre of Excellence, the Edinburgh location now incorporates teams responsible for other key functions, including Product, IT, Platform, HR, Data, Info Security, Sales and Marketing. In 2023, we will further expand our capabilities in Edinburgh with the addition of a Research and Development Centre. We embrace diversity in Edinburgh with employees representing more than 25 different nationalities and speaking 26 languages. The Edinburgh office is also home to very active Social, Diversity & Inclusion and Charity Committees delivering an exciting calendar of employee events and supporting our local communities.
To mark this tremendous 10-year milestone, we recently celebrated at the iconic Edinburgh Castle with a traditional Scottish Ceilidh band and Awards Ceremony recognising the incredible talent across our teams. Congratulations to all our award winners, and thank you to our Social, D&I and Charity committees for their support and making our office a fun place to work. We have established a truly special team in Edinburgh to serve our clients, and we look forward to growing further in 2023.
