A qualified health clinician from Bluecrest performed the health check, where Clearwater employees had the opportunity to find out their key health numbers in just 20 minutes. Also, the program offered up to 780 Vitality Points, which opened the door to more perks and benefits on our Active Rewards program!
The onsite health check included analysis of the following health metrics:
- Blood pressure
- Blood profiling including total cholesterol, high-density lipoproteins (HDL) and blood glucose
- Body mass index (BMI) – height, weight and waist measurement
- Non-smoker’s declaration
- Cardiovascular fitness test (3-minute Step Test)
Our Vitality Account Managers also set up a station in reception, to answer questions about the plans and play some fun games. Everyone who participated was entered in to a prize draw for a Fitbit Inspire 2 Fitness Tracker! Congratulations to Sam Daley for winning the prize.
