CSR Visit to Happy Children’s Library

Nine of our employees from the bustling urban village of Delhi NCR embarked on a three-day adventure to Seem Village, deep in the Nanital district of Uttarakhand. The employees took Volunteer Time Off, a part of Clearwater’s policy that encourages volunteering.

Seem is home to the “Happy Children’s Library”, a remarkable center run by Jaya and Atul (or Didi and Dadda as the children lovingly call them). These two passionate souls have created a vibrant space where kids from Seem and surrounding villages come together to learn, build strong community bonds, and explore their talents through theatre, dance, sports, and more.  
   
Friday evening was a lively cultural event filled with music, dance, and some awesome “Seem got talent” performances from the children (and my talented colleagues). Saturday was sports day, with cricket matches, kho-kho, tug of war, and various races and lots of medals and trophies! A day filled with love, fun, and pure energy.
