One of our core principles is to “be committed to having values beyond reproach”. This core value helps us hire amazing people, build differentiated offerings, and attract and retain our clients. Our guide in fulfilling this value is our Code of Ethics, which covers a broad range of topics, including honest and ethical conduct, anti-corruption, a respectful workplace, confidentiality, conflicts of interest, compliance with the law, reporting of violations and non-retaliation. All of our employees must review and certify compliance with the Code of Ethics as part of their onboarding process and annually.

At Clearwater Analytics, information security and privacy are of utmost importance. We understand the significance of safeguarding sensitive data and ensuring the privacy of our clients’ information. At the highest level we have a distinguished Board of Directors, comprised of experienced leaders from diverse backgrounds. The Board is assisted in its oversight function by an Audit Committee comprised entirely of independent Board members. We have established a comprehensive set of policies, procedures and controls that govern the material facets of our business operations and regulatory requirements, including periodic audit and review of key procedures.
