Thomas van Cauwelaert, Head of the France Belgium & Luxembourg region
Thomas Van Cauwelaert is today Head of the France, Belgium & Luxembourg region, based in France. In this role he will be responsible for building a team and driving growth and client acquisition in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
Thomas joined Clearwater in June 2021 from New Access (now part of FNZ), a leading provider of a scalable and modular Core-to-Digital solution suite for the private banking and wealth management industries, where he was Head of Sales and Marketing. He also spent 10 years at SimCorp in leadership roles including as Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Southern Europe and as well as Sales Director for France where he drove significant growth year over year. Thomas also served as a Sales Leader for Southern Europe for five years at Fiserv. He received a degree from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
