Kevin Carr

Kevin started his career at Clearwater in 2016, spending his first few years in our Client Services and Reconciliation Departments. He was part of Clearwater’s first Global Delivery Team, specializing in onboarding clients with large Private Placement portfolios. He leveraged prior work experience as an Internal Auditor to gain a role on CW’s Internal Audit Team for Operations for a few years, where he was presented with the opportunity to build out our Operations New Hire Training Program for Reconciliation Analysts. It was a natural fit for him to move into a Reconciliation Team Lead and eventually a Division Lead as they aligned pursuits of his true passions for driving departmental continuous improvement and individual growth in competency/confidence/ability to make meaningful contributions.  

Kevin has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Relational Leadership (the concept that the best teams are made up of leaders/shared leadership), and a Certification in Dispute Resolution. He’s passionate about driving people and teams towards growth opportunities and Clearwater provides an excellent environment filled with all the right challenges. He’s excited to partner up and collaborate with others seeking lasting solutions.
