Tom joined Clearwater in 2012 and has filled a variety of roles across several departments and geographies. Currently, he is a Division Lead in Client Services, working closely with Clearwater’s clients to help them successfully use the solution. Recently, Tom was based in Clearwater’s London office to help large insurers in EMEA and APAC design and implement target operating models. During his time at Clearwater, Tom has worked closely with NAIC, BMA, Solvency II, and Lloyd’s regulatory filings. Tom enjoys consuming too much coffee, is an avid traveler, and enjoys music and comedy.
Tom has a bachelor’s in accounting and finance from Boise State University.

Luke also stays up to date on the latest accounting guidance, emerging investment products, and peer best practices.

Jessica has 15 years of management experience and has been with Clearwater since 2016. As a Client Services Division Manager, she oversees teams supporting Clearwater’s Investment Management clients, including over 100 firms of varying size and firm type. She is dedicated to Clearwater’s client success and satisfaction, and she understands investment managers’ fiduciary responsibilities to their clients. Jessica’s servicing teams consistently score very high in client satisfaction and delight.
She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and biking, throughout the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Jessica graduated summa cum laude from both East Carolina University, with an MBA in Accounting and Finance, and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Management.
