Ivan Matviak

Ivan brings to Clearwater extensive technology-led financial services leadership experience in the US, EMEA, and APAC markets. He spent 10 years at State Street in key leadership roles, most recently as Executive Vice President in charge of global asset servicing for the insurance investment management sector. In this capacity, he was responsible for a $500 million P&L including the Princeton Financial Systems (PAM) business and he refocused the business toward higher growth opportunities in custody, data management, and analytics. Ivan also served as EVP of State Street’s Global Exchange division and Senior Vice President of Investment Manager Services (middle office).

Prior to his tenure at State Street, Ivan worked at Bank of Scotland as Managing Director, Business Banking and led strategy and transformation programs for the bank’s General Insurance and Investment Management divisions. Ivan’s global management experience also includes positions leading Consumer Products in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa markets for The Walt Disney Company and as a senior consultant for Bain & Company.
