Collin Cochrane & Matt Moore

Mr. Cochrane currently serves as Principal of CCF Advisory LLC, where he provides finance and accounting consulting services. From 2013 to 2024, Mr. Cochrane served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller at Redwood Trust Inc. From 2001 to 2013, Mr. Cochrane worked at iStar Financial Inc. as Chief Accounting Officer and served in various other accounting roles. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Cochrane worked at Ernst & Young LLP as an auditor.  Mr. Cochrane holds a B.S. in Accounting from the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California and is a certified public accountant.

Matt Moore – REIT Solutions Executive at Clearwater Analytics

As Head of REITs at Clearwater, Matt Moore is devoted to the consultation and advocacy of all new and existing REIT clients. He manages the relationships and collaboration between clients, prospects, and Clearwater stakeholders.

Matt joined Clearwater in 2018, serving three years in our client servicing department before moving to sales where he helped build out Clearwater’s REIT market. Prior to joining Clearwater, Matt had an entrepreneurial background focused on building recruiting software and selling reclaimed lumber.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and exploring in nature. Some of his favorite activities include golfing, skiing, surfing, and gardening.

Matt graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in finance and international business.
