Subi leads Clearwater’s global operations team, driving global operations & operational excellence and ensuring the success of Clearwater’s clientele.
Subi has over 22 years’ experience across multiple industries including service (IT/ITES), healthcare, BFSI and manufacturing. Before joining Clearwater, Subi led the end-to-end operations at UnitedHealth Group’s Optum Global Solutions. Prior to joining Optum Global Solutions, she worked with Genpact across varied leadership positions in functions like Operations, Quality, Transitions, and Technology. Subi also has direct expertise with technology platforms and the intelligent automation space including robotic process automation, visualization, machine learning, and AI applied to various business functions.
Subi has an Advanced Management degree from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and is a graduate in mathematics from Delhi University.
